Does coupled transcription and translation occur in eukaryotes?

No, it's not possible since transcription occurs nucleus and after the mRNA is transcribed from DNA, the mRNA transcript will enter into the cytoplasm for translation of protein

Eukaryotic cells cannot combine transcription and translation simultaneously because of the compartmental differences in eukaryotic cells. For example in eukaryotes transcription occurs in the nucleus, while translation occurs in the cytosol at a ribosome.
