3. Accessibility in H5P
As you have already seen the content types list that are accessible and now, you know what is Accessibility.
Tips to create Accessible Content:
- Please make sure when you add any image to provide Alt Text.
- And also provide appropriate Titles to the elements you add.
- Pay attention to links. Alert user about link target if it opens in a pop up or in new window.
- Whenever you are supposed to provide a link give descriptive links. Avoid phrases like "click here", instead provide the context. Like "Click here to know more about Accessibility Guidelines".
- How to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2 requirements (success criteria) and techniques.? A quick reference. (link opens in new window)
- Use accessible colour contrast. Check the colour contrast with available contrast checkers. For example WEBAIM contrast checker (link opens in new window)
